Early days in Greene County and its various communities --Xenia, Bellbrook, Clifton, Yellow Springs, Jamestown, Fairfield and Cedarville -- are recalled through a mixture of colorful tales and factual data in this NEW 45 Page Booklet reproduced directly from the 1892 Centennial edition of Henry Howe's Historical Collections of Ohio, The Ohio Guide (1940) and other hard-to-find sources. The spiral-bound booklet is printed one-sided on 60# paper with the fine print enlarged for easier reading.
IN ADDITION TO THE BOOKLET the buyer will receive THREE Computer-Enhanced 8 1/2 x 11 Prints of engravings from the original book, suitable for framing. They include: a view of 1886 Xenia shown below, an 1846 view of Xenia, and the first courthouse.
