early history of Mahoning County, OH, including the communities of Youngstown,
Canfield and Poland, are recalled through a mixture of colorful tales and
factual data in this NEW 27 Page Booklet reprinted from the 1892 Centennial edition of Henry Howe's
Historical Collections of Ohio, The Ohio Guide (a WPA
Writers Project), and other sources. The spiral-bound booklet is printed
single-sided on 60# paper with the fine print enlarged for easier reading.
